Each role in CCLLG Ghana sees the part of the work it is responsible for. A member sees their own membership. A club leader sees their club. The Treasurer sees the ledger. The Executive Council sees everything.

Before launch

What has to be in place

The portals need accounts set up by the secretariat before they are used. Nothing here is live data until the database is connected.

  1. Create sign-in accounts with roles, so a member cannot open the finance ledger.
  2. Connect the shared database, so what one leader saves the Executive Council can see.
  3. Confirm the join, contact and network forms reach the secretariat.
  4. Agree who approves new clubs and members, and who signs off financial records.

If you are a registered member, start with the member portal. If you lead a School Patriotism Club or community group, use the club leader portal.
